The project is related to the redevelopment and energy efficiency of the Collina della Pace Library building, located in the Peppino Impastato Park, City, VI Municipality.

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Resolution of infiltration problems on internal surfaces, with timely or complete renovation in the most affected areas;
• Rebuilding of waterproofing and external flooring;
• Painting of all internal and external surfaces;
• Enhancement of the library's Wi-Fi network and improvement of the electrical system, including the replacement of lighting fixtures with more efficient models and the installation of twenty photovoltaic panels on the roof;
• Revision of the components of the air conditioning system and replacement of the fan coils on the ground floor, first floor and roof;
• Review and regulatory adaptation of the existing fire detection system;
• Implementation of the video surveillance and anti-intrusion system.
