The project involves the redevelopment of two Public Residential Buildings located in Spinaceto, part of Municipality IX. The properties at Via Padre Romualdo Formato 30 and 40 are undergoing the following maintenance interventions:

• remake of the waterproofing of roof coverings;
• reconstruction of the vertical adduction system;
• renovation of the bathroom drain pipes using the "relining" method;
• renovation of the plumbing of the oldest bathrooms;
• restoration of single building units affected by leaks;
• replacement of broken glass on stairwells.

The reconstruction of roof coverings will involve a total area of approximately 1500 square meters between the two buildings. For waterproofing, a walkable reinforced resin was chosen. This material is weather-resistant, requires minimal maintenance, and can be easily repaired in case of damage.

At number 30, the resin will be laid on the existing stoneware floor after careful cleaning and preparation of the surface.

At number 40, the floating flooring will be removed and later reinstalled, the underlying non woven paving fabrics layer and the insulating panels will be removed and replaced. The resin will then be applied after cleaning and potentially repairing of the damaged sheath parts.

For the renovation of the bathroom drain pipes, the "relining" method was chosen. It involves the insertion of a flexible sock impregnated with resin, so that the use of the bathrooms will not be forbidden for too long. 

The planned interventions are as follows:

• preliminary video inspection;
• hydrodynamic cleaning of the pipes; 
• preparation and impregnation of the tube;
• inserting the resin-impregnated tube into the pipe;
• resin polymerization;
• reopening of lateral branches by milling; 
• control video inspection.
