The project focuses on the stylistic restoration of the Pincio Promenade so to preserve its artistic and historical value.The interventions will include:
- repositioning of travertine covers;
- renovation of brick masonry;
- plastering restoration;
- Viale del Belvedere floor restoration;
- restoration of furnishings, like the travertine pillar balustrade and the metal railing;
- reintegration of the stone furniture missing parts;
- transport and repositioning of four decorative vases previously removed and stored in the Canonica Museum warehouse;
- realisation of resin copies loaded with marble powder to add the missing elements;
- revision of the water clock cast iron doors, with replacement of damaged glass;
- lighting enhancement of the site in order to draw the attention to its architectural and landscape features.
