Project description
The project will focus on the development of the existing Feasibility Project, which has been already approved by the State Superintendence. The intervention will include the following activities:
- investigations to assess the structural state of the building and determine any necessary interventions;
- replacements or adjustments of technical systems to ensure correct functioning and regulatory compliance;
- restoration work on wall surfaces to preserve their integrity and aesthetics;
- fire prevention and protection measures to ensure the safety of the building;
- solutions to overcome architectural barriers and ensure accessibility;
- restoration work on important artistic elements located in the building, such as the organ, the altar and the ceiling fresco;
- recovery of new elements for the preparation of the room intended to host cultural events;
- restoration and recovery works of adjacent premises, such as the guard house, the warehouse and the toilets.
These interventions are aimed at preserving, restoring and enhancing the building, making it suitable for hosting cultural events while offering a safe and accessible environment for all visitors.
