In the Centocelle neighbourhood (V Municipality), the complex under intervention is divided into three volumes: housing, underground parking and a basement social services plate owned by the municipality, resulting from the demolition of the old municipal park. The plate is divided into three parts, each with access to a common space. The new functions of the complex will be: library, multifunctional room and co-working area. 

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Demolitions of partitions and system adaptation interventions for firefighting;
• Energy efficiency works, such as insulation of walls and solar tiles and replacement of the boiler with a heat pump system;
• Creation of co-working stations and creation of a Wi-Fi network in all environments;
• Supply of the systems necessary for the functionalisation of the spaces, including adjustments to the anti-shoplifting system and the perimeter security system;
• Preparation of the physical infrastructure for the data processing centre.

The aim is to transform the complex into a multifunctional centre accessible to citizens, ensuring safety, energy efficiency and functionality of the spaces.
