Project description
The project aims to transform a farmhouse in the "La Rustica" neighbourhood into a Cultural Centre and Library. The building will have an area of about 2,225 square metres and will become a cultural and aggregation reference point for the neighbourhood.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Consolidation and restoration of the main walls of the farmhouse;
- Rebuilding of the covers, roof and staircase body;
- Construction of an extension structure on the northern side, with a glass distribution space;
- Dismantling of asphalt driveways and demolition of on-board walls in the outdoor area;
- Arrangement and protection of the surrounding area with natural stone slab flooring.
