The project is related to the functional, architectural and system redevelopment of the Casa del Parco Library, a structure of over 1,000 square metres located in the Pineto Urban Park.

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Painting of all internal surfaces;
• Repair of cracks in the frescoed plaster on the second floor, with replacement of the wooden floor and new flooring;
• Revision of the plaster and travertine plates of the base band for the external surfaces, with protective paint treatment for the external wooden frames;
• Routine maintenance of the greenery and setting up of outdoor areas as reading areas;
• Verification and requalification of the electrical system, data network, winter and summer air conditioning system, water-sanitary system and the DHW production for the energy improvement of the building;
• Redevelopment of the fire-fighting system and the CCTV video surveillance system.
