The project aims at the functional, architectural and system redevelopment of the Elsa Morante Library, a 2,121 square metres structure located near the Seafront of the Lido di Ostia (Ostia beach).

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Painting of the external surfaces and renovation of the perimeter fence with remediation of the external area;
• Revision of the flooring of the terraces on the second floor and construction of a false ceiling in the floor distribution areas in the basement;
• Renovation of plaster on the raised floor and redevelopment of the flooring and coatings of the bathroom located below the terrace on the first floor;
• Integral painting of the internal surfaces on the first and second floors;
• Verification and/or requalification of the electrical system, data network, winter and summer air conditioning system, water-sanitary and DHW production system, fire-fighting system and CCTV video surveillance system.
