Project description
The project is related to the redevelopment of the Franco Basaglia Library building, through the implementation of energy efficiency of the systems.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Functional, architectural and system upgrading of the three levels of the building (1,444 sqm);
- Verification of the plaster on the external façades and repainting of the façade;
- Removal and repainting of interior walls and ceilings;
- Redevelopment of the electrical system and data network;
- Redevelopment of the winter and summer air conditioning system and mechanical ventilation;
- Redevelopment of the water-sanitary system and DHW production;
- Redevelopment of the fire-fighting system and the anti-intrusion system.
