Redevelopment of the "Galline Bianche" Library

Project description
The project is related to the improvement of the Galline Bianche Library, an important cultural centre in the Labaro neighbourhood, unique in the XV Municipality, through functional, architectural and system renovation interventions.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Redevelopment of the ground floor and the external space of the building on one level, with an internal area of about 300 square metres;
- Renovation of damaged plaster areas and complete painting of internal surfaces;
- Redevelopment of the electrical system and data network;
- Redevelopment of the winter and summer air conditioning system and mechanical ventilation;
- Redevelopment of the water-sanitary system and DHW production;
- Redevelopment of the fire-fighting system and the anti-intrusion system.
