Project description
The project is related to the renovation of the Gianni Rodari Library, located in the Olcese School District, through functional, architectural and system renovation interventions.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Redevelopment of plaster in the perimeter areas of the building;
- Painting of all internal surfaces;
- Restoration of the covering sheaths and flap on the cornices of the building;
- Revision of the discharge nozzles;
- Redevelopment of the electrical system and data network;
- Redevelopment of the winter and summer air conditioning system;
- Redevelopment of the water-sanitary system and DHW production;
- Redevelopment of the fire-fighting system and the anti-intrusion system.
