Project description
The Valle Aurelia Library, in the Aurelio neighbourhood (XIII Municipality), is spread over two levels with an area of about 700 square metres, without external spaces of relevance.
Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:
- Functional and architectural redevelopment;
- Remaking of 20% of the plastered interior surfaces and total painting;
- Rebuilding of the functional layers of the roof slab;
- Complete overhaul of the fixtures and painting of the anti-intrusion grilles;
- Revision of the discharge nozzles;
- Implementation of electrical, anti-intrusion and fire-fighting systems;
- Installation of a mechanical ventilation system and a new VRF heat pump system.
The main objective is to improve the functionality, energy efficiency and safety of the structure.
