Termini Station TIPs
Implementing party

Project description
Roma Capitale has now made its inaugural mark inside Termini Station, adopting TIPs (Tourist Information Points) as a strategic promotion benchmark. This initiative was carried out as a collaboration between Roma Capitale, Zètema Progetto Cultura S.r.l. and Grandi Stazioni Retail, aiming to make the most of the station’s crucial position as a national and international point of tourist and business transit.
With 36,000,000 passengers travelling through each year, Termini Station offers an unprecedented opportunity to promote the city’s initiatives and Major Events. The chosen location within the commercial area is particularly strategic, with the presence of two information points managed by trained staff for eight hours a day.
The main goal is to make the most of the visibility offered by Termini Station to inform and engage with tourists and business travellers about cultural initiatives, events and attractions in the city. The agreement between the entities involved bestows a fundamental role upon the TIP as a key tool for promoting Roma Capitale as a destination, capitalising on the enormous flow of visitors through the city’s main railway station.
