The project is related to the redevelopment of the complex of the three farmhouses in Largo Zappalà, Cinecittà area (VII Municipality).

Specifically, the planned activities will include the following interventions:

• Restoration of Casale Ronca, now a senior centre, including the restoration of the collapsed part with a new flat-roof building to mend the fracture without altering the original appearance;
• Restoration of the Silos, an abandoned monolithic building, with the addition of a small adjacent building for a study area;
• Use of the farmhouse in Via Leonardi, a building from the last century, for training classrooms and co-working spaces;
• Arrangement of green areas as an element of connection between the various structures.

The aim is to preserve the existing architectural features in parallel with the adaptation of the spaces for the new functions, ensuring an overall redevelopment of the site.
