Project description
In collaboration with the Department of Safety Policies, Productive Activities and Equal Opportunities, Municipality XI has renovated a property owned by Roma Capitale in via Fabio Conforto that will be used as an Anti-Violence Centre.
The project has a strong social relevance and will play an important role for the territory of the Municipality and in particular for the Marconi district.
The Technical Directorate of the Municipality of Rome XI has carried out a series of maintenance and regulatory adjustments, necessary to guarantee the use of the property as an Anti-Violence Centre. Here is the detail of the work carried out:
- Demolition and reconstruction of non-load-bearing internal partitions;
- Removal of an existing mezzanine and suspended ceilings;
- Construction of new suspended ceilings;
- New finishings (paints, floors, coatings, etc.);
- Replacement of the external fixtures including the shutters;
- Creation of glass partition walls;
- Remaking of the plaster of the external façade;
- Implementation of new installations:
- Electrical, data and voice;
- Lighting;
- Water and sanitation;
- Mechanical;
- Intrusion detection and video surveillance.
- Replacement of entrance protection canopies with new glass ones;
- Creation of a partition wall between the waiting room and the conference room.
