The building under intervention houses a municipal kindergarten, which includes nine sections. The structure has several problems, mainly related to obsolete systems and degraded finishes, making routine maintenance interventions insufficient.

The activities envisaged for the resolution of these critical issues include:

• Insulation of pitched roofs and installation of new gutters and downpipes in galvanised iron;
• Renovation of all flooring, with the use of ceramic for toilets, PVC for access areas, sections and canteen, and concrete marble alternating with anti-trauma flooring for the outdoor space;
• Renovation of toilet liners;
• Restyling of the facades by remaking the plaster and subsequent painting;
• Replacement of existing fixtures with new PVC fixtures;
• Rebuilding of interior finishes and paintwork;
• Supply and installation of play equipment suitable for outdoor group activities;
• Cleaning of sewer pipes and construction of new connections to the sewerage system;
• Renovation of the water-sanitary system of the toilets;
• Replacement of lighting fixtures.
