The project involved the redevelopment of two Public Residential Buildings located at Via delle Cincie 20, within the territory of Municipality VI. The buildings underwent a series of routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions.  

The buildings, dating back to 1975 and constructed as part of a special housing plan funded by the European Community, were redeveloped. Specifically, the project included the waterproofing of the roof terrace, covering a total area of 2400 square meters. Additionally, single building units affected by leaks over time were repaired. Before proceeding with the waterproofing, which made through a layer of reinforced resin, a preliminary survey was carried out to know the real composition of the roofing, that was made in different materials and supports. The preliminary survey was necessary to ensure proper execution of the works. The choice of reinforced resin was due to its good resistance to atmospheric agents, low maintenance required and the ease of repair in case of damage.
