Project description
The project involves the redevelopment of two Public Residential Building located at via Diego Angeli 145, within the territory of Municipality IV.
The two buildings required repairs due to a prolonged water leak. The asphalt was demolished, and the ground affected by the leak was excavated manually. The underground sewer branch was reconstructed with partial replacement of the concrete pipe, and the inspection chamber was completely renovated, including a new cast iron cover. An inspection of the entire sewer line in the adjacent area was also necessary.
Upon completion of the work, a new pavement was installed.
