The APP will offer tourists integrated access to a wide range of information related to their journey. In addition, it will support the necessary features to create customised tours by providing booking, ticketing, and real-time information on local public services. The final goal is to provide tourists with a comprehensive, integrated tool to easily plan and manage their journey while enhancing their overall experience.
The main features of the App will be as follows:
- detailed tourist information: the App will offer a wide variety of tourist information, covering the main attractions, places of interest, local events, culture and history of the destination. Tourists will be able to plan their journey quickly and intuitively by accessing this information;
- booking and ticketing: the App will enable tourists to book accommodation, means of transport and activities through an optimised process;
- real-time information: the ‘Tourist Virtual Assistant’ will provide up-to-date information on local public services, including public transport and weather forecasts;
- social media integration: the App will be integrated with the major social media platforms, allowing tourists to share their travel experience, photos and stories with their friends and family;
- voice assistant accessibility: tourists will be able to use voice commands to get information and bookings for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
In conclusion, the ‘Tourist Virtual Assistant’ App aims to enhance the travel experience of tourists by offering a comprehensive and integrated platform to access all the necessary information and services.
