The Settecamini neighbourhood is located in the eastern part of the municipal territory, within the IV Municipality and extends along the axis of Via Tiburtina up to the border with the Municipality of Guidonia Montecelio.

Via Tiburtina acts as a natural barrier, dividing the district into two distinct parts: the southern area, which also includes productive activities, and the northern one, mainly residential and characterised by portions of agricultural territory.

The proposed activities aim to improve road connectivity and routes for cyclists and pedestrians, enhancing the different green areas present. The interventions will include the renovation of the pavements, the updating of the access areas to shops and public services, as well as the creation of new car parks, also increasing the permeable areas and the presence of trees, with the addition of a "pocket garden". 

In addition, measures will be taken to mitigate the visual impacts of the main infrastructure and to enhance existing parks.

The first intervention to be carried out will be that relating to the Parco Tozzi and the restoration of the connection between Via Bertolucci and Via Quintiliolo.
