The 'La Rustica' area is located on the northern edge of Municipality V and is bordered to the north and east by the A24 Roma Teramo and A90 Grande Raccordo Anulare motorways. On opposite sides, the area is delimited by Via Dameta and Via Vertunni, two streets that stretch from north to south and connect with Via Collatina. 

After analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the area, the experts proposed a project to improve the natural environment by creating a new access to the Aniene Park and reconnecting the area along the path of the Acquedotto dell'Acqua Vergine. There will also be interventions to improve the quality of public spaces, combined with the improvement of services, including the construction of a new market area.

The first planned intervention will be related to the redevelopment of Piazza Dameta.
