Creation of a new equipped park in Via Cesena

Implementing party

Roma Capitale – VII Municipality

Project description

The intervention consists in the creation of a new equipped park in an area owned by the State in the territory of Municipality VII, between Via Cesena, Via Urbino and Via Vibo Valentia.

The new park will be located in an urbanistically defined area full of services and will fill the lack of equipped parks and gardens in the area adjacent to the intervention.

The intervention area has an irregular shape, with a total area of 3,226 square metres, well fenced and flat, but gradually sloping.

The core of the park will be an inclusive children's play area, surrounded by lawns and connected to the only access point, on Via Cesena, by two paths which, starting from the entrance, will run along the area to the left and right (where a square will open up).

To the north, in the greenest and most tree-lined part of the park, there will be paths and equipment for fitness and recreational activities.
