Project description
The intervention aims at building an anaerobic digestion plant with a 100,000 tonnes/year capacity, based on the treatment of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste. The main objective is to obtain dual advantages: material recovery, in the form of soil conditioners for farming use, and the production of energy through the generation of biogas and biomethane.
In short, the project aims to promote circular economy through material recovery and sustainable energy production by efficiently managing the organic fraction of municipal solid waste.
