The area on the right bank of the Tiber River near Ponte Duca D'Aosta is designated as an overlook park view according to the PS5 Master Plan of the Central Apennine District Basin Authority. This area, identified in Article 23 of the PS5 Technical Implementation Rules, is intended for the creation of public parks, possibly equipped to serve the urban areas adjacent to the river. In accordance with the objectives of the overlook park, new concessions in this area must provide for compatible activities. Given its characteristics, the area is particularly suitable for sports activities, in line with the nature of the entire Foro Italico.
