The intervention involves the new construction of a parking area at Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia, in the stretch that goes from Ponte Regina Margherita to Via Luisa di Savoia, in Municipality I and from Via Luisa di Savoia to Ponte Pietro Nenni, in Municipality II. The parking area will consist of 156 parking spaces, divided into 47 boxes (including one double), 46 appurtenant spaces (available to residents who will buy them in surface right for 90 years) and 62 rotating spaces for individuals.

The project provides € 7,886,327.73 for the construction of the appurtenant parking area and € 3,673,800.95 for the rotating parking area. The surface area alone is expected to be completed between December 2024 and the first months of 2025.
