The building houses 15 stalls, seven of which are assigned to Piazza Visconti operators, and eight assigned through a public bidding. The entire building is equipped with centralised systems for the new stalls, including a photovoltaic and solar thermal system, with special attention to energy conservation. The work included updating the restrooms and upgrading the outdoor spaces by installing benches, planters, and streetlights to create a social as well as commercial meeting place. In addition, loading and unloading areas for goods and parking for operators and visitors have been provided, with special attention to accessibility for people with disabilities.
