The project proposal concerns the construction of a new building, at the district called “Inviolatella Salaria”, within the Urban Convention Integrated Programme ex art, 16 L.179/1992 and RL Lazio 22/1997.
The nursery area is approximately 2,000 square metres, which will accommodate up to 60 children. The building is designed to optimise aspects of energy saving, bio-ecological compatibility and environmental impact.
The new nursery is an integral part of the urban agglomeration and, thanks to the access to the private garden, will offer learners the possibility of outdoor activities.
The structure will be of the load-bearing framework type in reinforced concrete, framed, with inverted foundation beams, pillars in elevation, and concrete and masonry flooring system. The roof will be in simple sloping or horizontal pitch. The external finish will see the use of plaster, with brick block plugging.
The building will be equipped with the following systems: heating, air conditioning, sanitary water, electricity, telephony and data, fire detection and protection, burglar alarm, photovoltaics and solar thermal.
The project fulfils all environmental protection, energy performance criteria of the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) standard.
