The project involves the creation of a public park on the left bank of the river Tiber, near the archaeological area of Ostia Antica. According to Article 23 of the Technical Implementation Rules of the PS5 Outline Plan, the Ostia Antica area is designated for the creation of public parks, possibly equipped, to serve the urban areas adjacent to the river, as shown in the Tables 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D of Sub-Annex E. Within these areas, new concessions must provide for activities compatible with the objectives of the overlook park.
